The general purchasing conditions described below (hereinafter the General Conditions) regulate the commercial relations between any user of the www.ideus.com web page (hereinafter the “user”) and the company AUREA SELECT S.L., with TIN B87474623, owner of www.ideus.com, with registered address in Calle Orense 25, 3º – C,MADRID – 28020 – España.

We are mobile and computer accessories distributors. Only registered distributors may purchase products through www.ideus.com.

Browsing through the online shop and the purchase of any products offered therein imply the acceptance as user, without reservation, of each and every one of the present general conditions of contract and use. AUREA SELECT S.L. may at any moment and without prior notice, modify these general conditions of contract and use, and the special conditions which, where applicable, are included, with the publication of said modifications in the shop for them to be known to the users, and leaving records of the date of these modifications.

1. Prices and shipping costs

All prices indicated after accessing the site with your user name and password are given exclusive of VAT.

If the delivery is to the Canary Isles, Ceuta or Melilla, or outside Spain, the VAT will automatically be deducted in the purchasing process.

If there is an error in the price of the product, the customer will be notified, and AUREA SELECT S.L. is not required to deliver the product for the incorrect price. It will be the decision of the customer as to whether to proceed with the purchase or modify it according to their own criteria.

In addition, AUREA SELECT S.L. reserves the right to modify their prices at any moment, always respecting the price indicated at the time of placing the order (except in the above-mentioned case).

The shipment costs will be indicated during the purchasing process for all Spain and Portugal. If the purchase is made from another country, our customer service department will contact the purchaser with the shipping costs and, where applicable, complete the transaction.

The delivery address will be considered as the point at which the purchase is made for the purposes of calculating the shipping costs.

2. Methods of payment

The client/distributor registered on our web page shall make the payments using the method previously agreed with AUREA SELECT S.L.

The order will not be considered closed until the purchasing process has been completed and payment confirmed by AUREA SELECT S.L. or until the conditions previously agreed with AUREA SELECT S.L. have been met.

3. Delivery time

Except for causes of force majeure, all orders for mainland Spain will be delivered within a maximum of 72 hours from the moment of confirmation of the order by AUREA SELECT S.L. for orders from Andalucia and Portugal, and 48 hours for the rest of Spain.

If the product requested is not in stock, the customer will be notified immediately, with details of the new delivery time, possible alternatives and the option to modify or cancel the order.

4. Product guarantee

AUREA SELECT S.L. complies with the Guarantee Act applicable since 23/2003 of 10 July for the Sale of Consumer Goods, offering a two-year guarantee with all their products from the moment of purchase.

The photographs and technical specifications of the products are subject to modification without prior notice and may vary slightly with respect to the real product. AUREA SELECT S.L. will give suitable notification of these changes to all their customers via the web page or in personalised messages.

On receipt of the order, the customer has 24 hours to confirm that it has been received correctly, in full and undamaged during the shipment. If this is not the case, they should notify AUREA SELECT S.L. within this time period in order for the relevant action to be taken. After this time, the customer will be responsible for any possible expenses arising.

5. Conditions for return of product

Customer satisfaction is our main objective. You have fourteen (14) days, from the receipt of the product, to return it in the event that it does not meet your expectations if the cost of the order, including shipping, exceeds 60 Euros in value. To do so, contact our Customer Service Department, using the online contact form or by telephone.

After confirming the condition of the goods, which should be unused and in the original packaging accompanied by the invoice or receipt of purchase, the defective product will be replaced. In the event that an identical product is no longer available, the customer will be offered the option to replace it with an equivalent product or the return of the corresponding amount, excluding the shipping and return costs. These costs will depend on the weight and size of the article and the customer will be notified prior to proceeding with the refund.

The refund will be made using the same channels as used for the payment. If the purchase is made in cash, this will be refunded via bank transfer.

If, in a product return, the article is not returned in the above conditions, it will be returned to the customer who will be liable for the relevant shipping costs.

Warranties for end customers derived from the purchase of products distributed by AUREA SELECT S.L. will not be processed. In this case, the warranty will be processed through the shop or point of sale from where the product was purchased.

6. Applicable legislation

AUREA SELECT S.L. is not responsible for the consequences of the incorrect use of the products sold on www.ideus.com. In no event, will AUREA SELECT S.L. be liable for any damage or injury of any nature arising from, or in relation to, the use of this web page.

The user shall indemnify AUREA SELECT S.L. for any damages or injury resulting from the breach of these conditions or the use of the contents of this web page without prior authorisation.

The sales transactions made in AUREA SELECT S.L. are subject to Spanish legislation.

In the event of conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of the present contractual conditions, both parties submit, in the cases provided for by law, expressly waiving the right to any other jurisdiction, to the Courts of Bilbao (Spain). Nevertheless, this does not prevent AUREA SELECT S.L. from exercising their right to settle any disputes in another competent jurisdiction.

The present General Conditions of Contract have been updated on 07 April 2016.
